Attention Utility Customers - 


As you are receiving your new Utilities Bill (City bills will be brown and orange, SAWS bills will be blue and green), please note you will need to set up a new payment portal as the old portal is no longer available. You can re-establish autopay in the new payment portal.

On your new bill you will find your new account and bill number, both of which will be needed to set up your portal account.


When you're ready, you can click the link in the tutorial to go to the portal, or there is a link below. 

*SAWS customers - if you are showing a past-due amount, and you have confirmed that amount has been posted on your side, please note that amount has been applied to your account and only the current amount is due. You will be able to see that applied amount when you establish your new portal.
